Tracy McGhee

Tracy Rutter McGhee, 47, most recently of Stafford, Virginia, and formerly of Philipsburg, passed away Friday, October 28, 2016 in Reedsville. Born October 10, 1969 in Philipsburg, she was the daughter of Ralph Cutler and his wife Rose Ann, of Morrisdale and Lois Darlene (Rutter) Myers and her husband of Robert, of Gearhartville. Tracy was a 1988 graduate of Philipsburg Osceola High School and a graduate of Clearfield County Vocational School of Nursing, where she received her LPN. She was a nurse at The Hearthside and Helpmates, both of State College. Tracy enjoyed wood crafting, scrapbooking and gardening and was of the Protestant Faith. In addition to her parents, Tracy is survived by two sons Robert McGhee and his wife Ashley of Virginia and Justin McGhee of Gearhartville; five brothers Randy Rutter and his wife Patsy of Gearhartville, Eddie Myers and his wife Michelle of Philipsburg, John Cutler and his wife Tina of Zion, Daniel Cutler and his wife Alissa of West Decatur and Cory Cutler of Philipsburg and numerous nieces & nephews. Tracy was preceded in death by a brother Shawn E. Rutter and maternal grandparents Fred & Mary Ann Mason and paternal grandparents Bud & Emma Cutler. Funeral Services will be held at the David K. Dahlgren Funeral Home, 228 N. Centre St. Philipsburg, on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at 11:00am with Pastor Noel Meyers officiating.
